This week, Franco Fagioli begins his conducting tour of Handel’s Messiah with the Royal Opera Orchestra of Versailles, with concerts in Barcelona and France. Mr. Fagioli began his musical career in conducting in Argentina before he made his mark as a renowned countertenor.
He leads the Chœur de Chambre du Palais de la Musique Catalane de Barcelone and a fantastic group of singers, including soprano Marie Lys, contralto Margherita Maria Sala, tenor Pablo Bemsch, and bass Alex Rosen.
